Oh my gosh, did we have a fun with our PJ sale! 47 ladies got up early came in their best sleeping attire, and saved a bundle! Be sure to check our Facebook page for more photos.
We are starting a new monthly quilt this year using Thangles.
This year will are offering a different monthly block program. We will be using a “Buck a Block” monthly kit from Thangles. You will pay $10.00 the first month to register and get your first kit which will include a package of 2.5” Thangles, a pattern and fabric to make 2 blocks. We are offering 2 colors, red and cream or dark blue and tan. Each month, bring in last month’s completed block, and get the next month’s kit for $1.00. You will be entitled to purchase only 1 kit for $1 each month when you visit the store. If you can’t come in during a particular month you must purchase the block kit for the month you missed for $3 to once again be eligible for the $1 block kit. You will be able to purchase extra kits each month for $3.00.
We finished the red blocks into a Christmas quilt, see a couple of other color ideas.
