Have you heard of layer cakes? No, not the chocolate or spice flavor!  Layer cakes are pre packaged layers of 10 inch squares of fabrics. This pattern lends perfet for using layer cakes for the stars. Or if you have a stash of squares you are just itching to use you can do that too.  Some cutting can be done at home prior to class. In class 1 we will finish cutting and start constructing stars. You will go home with home work and come back for class 2 where we will start putting the stars together in diagional rows with sashing and corner stones.
