Hi Everyone,

The great weather continues and I really did make use of it by cleaning out my flower beds, and getting the bird feeders ready to serve dinner. Although I must confess I feel a little funny about eating chicken while watching goldfinches eat thistle seed. Oh well, there’s probably a buzzard out there hoping I’ll fall down.

This week at the Nook, we have an Art to Heart trunk show going on and it is from the book “I Believe”. The theme is about all the things we commonly believe in and are thankful for having. The show is very cute and will inspire some great gifts. The full quilt is a must-see and looks so much better in person than on the book cover. This book and all the other Art to Heart books will be reduced 20% during the trunk show. Need I mention that the book itself would be a great gift?

I’d like to give the blog readers a heads-up and tell you that a little bird told me that there will be a large shipment of Edyta Sitar batiks arriving this week. I’m excited! Now if there were just a couple more hours in every day….. I’d probably waste them sleeping.

We’re starting to firm up ideas for the next schedule and now is your chance for input. We kicking around some new and different things amongst ourselves so I think you’ll be entertained. Until next time.
