Hello quilters,

I hope you got excited when you read your e-mail this morning. Wow! A bag to stuff for Mom’s Day. I know some of you told us that you didn’t participate in the stocking stuffer for Christmas because you already had all the stuff we were offering. Well! This time you should look closely at the e-mails because we will be offering some stuff that I don’t think you’ve seen before. At least, we haven’t shown it to you! So, take a look, and choose. The bags themselves are beautiful and would last a long while.

Don’t forget Diana has Quilt Express on Thurs. this week. Anyone who has never been through the complete quilt making process from start to finish should be giving this a look. It makes a small table-topper size, but you will have done everything involved in making a quilt.

There will be a new “deer” quilt at the store this week. It’s called “Friendly Visitors” (I’m not sure a lot of the farmers would agree, but compared to Big Foot……..they’re friendly). It’s a quick quilt to make and would be great for a guy. I’m thinking grandson -Christmas. That’ll be two down for the guys and one down for the girls and only two to go and its only April!!!! I have even taken care of a couple friends already. I love it when a plan comes together.

Don’t forget that Pat Knoechel will be here in June and we are taking sign-ups for it. The charge will be $5.00 and I believe she will be talking about their book on barns in Ohio. The American Beauty class will be moved to another day this one time only and I’ll let you know that date as soon as I remember what we decided! Check local listings.
